Both Honorbuddy and Gatherbuddy were used on the account at some point. 2)If so, when was the last time?: Honorbuddy was used to level my character from 55-85 before I stopped to level a profession. 3)What profile were you using?: Kick's 1-90 4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: Default Frost DK 5)What plugins are you using?: AntiDrown, Talented2, Autoequip2 6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 7-10 6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 95% (only left it unsupervised for about 8 hours one time, two days before being banned). 7)How many auctions per day did you have?: Tons. I farmed a lot of Herbs and sold a lot of them through AH (probably not a great idea). 8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No. 9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No, although this is initially what they claimed to have banned me for (Economy manipulation or some such nonsense). 10)EU or US realm? US. 11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? Paid account, had it since 2006, only started botting it about a month ago. I decided to submit this because today I got a supervisor to send me an email to provide me with an explanation (and get a little insight into why they ACTUALLY banned me) and this is what I got: Greetings, I understand that you have been disputing the account action on your account for several days now and that you?re trying to get some additional information on this situation. I looked over this entire action, and have personally reinvestigated everything myself. Looking over this I see that the account has been reviewed by multiple representatives at this point and that the account ban has been upheld in every case. This account action will not be overturned for any reason, regardless of who you speak with. That being said, I would like to take the opportunity to go over all your questions so we can get this cleared up. Please note, that this information is not something we normally give out, however, given you concern about this action I am willing to provide it as a courtesy. This account was banned because we detected unauthorized third party software being used on your account from your play location. We had multiple representatives perform a thorough investigation on your account in order to ensure that this was accurate. Keep in mind that no matter who was playing the account at the time, whether it was you or someone else, all activity is your responsibility. We looked into the possibility of this account being compromised, but we found no evidence that indicates that this was the case. Given how severe the action was, the decision was made to permanently close the account, and this cannot be overturned. Please understand that we do not make these kinds of decisions without fully investigating every part of the situation. In this case we did discover evidence on our end that unauthorized software was being used on your account. However, we are unable to share that information with you under any circumstance.
