Paid account --- That was the form, now for the story. I was botting Riverbeasts in Talador, grinded them for their meats which sell for 10g a pop on my server. I had the bot running for 1 hour 30 mins tops when I got banned, I was supervising it at the time while watching Suits on my second monitor. I appealed at Blizzard, stating it must've been wrong and they say they have solid evidence supporting their case and therefore it will not be overturned into an unbanning of my account. Had not botted at all 2 days prior, but the place has a few others botting there regularly too, which either resulted in one of them reporting me, or a GM knowing about the place prone to have bots there and investigated and it was a case of bad timing on my part. I lost my main account, about 25 chars on several realms. I know, mustn't bot on main account but frankly botting is what makes WoW enjoyable for me these days. I knew the risks.
So, first of all - Blizzard do have zero evidence, so you should continue to flame them, till they overtune your main. Then - since you have decided to bot on your main, please do it for short time windows: You wrote 5 hours on the form, but mentioned 1.5 hours lately, and bot in unpopulated areas - these riverbeasts are sweet botting spot since weeks, so I am pretty sure, you have gathered several reports from other botters or hand farmers in the area meanwhile. So when you were back to the botting the next day, you were prolly caught from GM, which were proceeding the tickets against yourself.
