got a 72h ban (abuse of economy) on my new account the second i hit lvl 25, it took me exactly 10 secs, to jump to battle.net and complain my ass off, no auctions, no nothing. i asked them what the evidence was, and they responded that my account was "cought" in one of there scripts, and that was a mistake, 15 mins into my 72h ban, i was unbanned, and startet to lvl with HB again
