You got reported and investigated by GM, then banned :< Try appealing, playing innocent, and never use such profiles again - for tight areas, most ppl farm in the whole continent, its much safer atm.
i'm not quite sure about what to say in the ticket, can you maybe PM me an example of what to say? do i plead guilty or act like i never knew it was against TOS? PM me if possible
