Should have combined Mining/Herbalism... Because obviously that would be it besides flipping. Flipping is only good if it's a very wanted product your flipping... Although fishing is making me a lot more money right now, I'm sure it will turn around and again to Mining/Herbalism.
Yeah maybe i should, im new to making polls. How so with fishing? What are you fishing and where etc?
I make 3k a day minimum from selling fools cap on my server, and its only about 20-30 stacks at a time. Ive been using all of my Ghost iron ore to make bars which I then transmute into Trillium bars because they cost about the same. I've also made a lot of money off of selling fish, blacksmithing weapons (463 crafted ones), 4 476 BOE world drop epics (just got a 5th today), as well as selling off old herbs and ore that I farmed in excess for leveling up 4 extra alchemists + 1-2 scribes. So far I've made over 5 DMF decks, 3 of which ive given away to guildies (because I am GM of a raiding guild). And two others I'm trying to decide what to do with...If it werent for the fact that I have a bad habbit of buying my GF gifts in game I'd probably have over 200k (after dumping 90k at the start for quick profession pwrlvling and tank gear crafting to use in raids). I know it isn't much but there is plenty of money to be made if you know what you are doing. I'm no expert by any means, I wish I knew better ways to make lots of money. But with two accounts I can bot all I need and then some!
Early expansion I make gold off gathering. Later I make gold from gems and enchants. Sounds odd but it's true. 30k a day.
Really depends on the server though, on my server Ghost iron is at 20g a stack now.. someone even posted some for 15g a stack. So flipping at the AH is probably the best way for it, on my server that is.
This is smart as gathering is the most risky I'd say, but you reap the reward quick when an expansion is first released. All in all, crafting later becomes favorable and less dangerous compared to other methods while still making a good profit.
Depends how much time you have on your hands. Having 2-3 toons at maximum level, with crafting professions (such as Inscription on all 3 to make darkmoon cards each day and waiting for the DMF) can make you shitloads of money. You don't even need to farm the mats yourself, you just buy them cheap from other botters that have large amounts they have to sell outside the AH. Create shoulder enchants, cut gems, and other BoE items. Personally I do not have time so I just bot herbs/ores and earn around 10k/day for 6-7 hours of botting. Selling to a private buyer who does what I just described. The hard part is turning your gold into real life cash at a decent price, I'll start looking for private buyers in 1-2 months when I have no school.
means a few things, for instance: buy an item for a low price, resell it for a higher price = profit lets take copper ore as an example, 20 copper ore = 20g pr. stack. but! 20 copper bars.. = 30g pr stack. - so if you buy a few copper ore stacks, smelt them.. and sell the bars = 10g profit pr. stack of bars u sell basically, turning something over to make profit.
I make gold by flipping all the time, today Trillium Bars were selling for 30g per... I saw that there was no Living Steel on the AH, so I bought all the Trillium and resold it all (about 150-200) for 130g per... lol
I farm instances on my blood Dk's and vendor the loot. No headaches with the AH or competition farming. No one to see and report ya for botting.
Use more instances to vary the runs. I haven't had any prolems. So I'm not sure what ya mean by risky, other than the running 24/7 part.
