Since the new system of finding cross realm groups is here, we can easily find rares by jumping between realms since every realm has got its own spawn timer. Now, I wonder, if it's possible to make some kind of botbase or whatever, to spawn camp/farm a rare and adding up the chance of it spawning by hopping between custom groups in the "finder" or what you wanna call it. "The finder" or what you wanna call it, provides either questing groups, dungeon groups, WoD raid groups-, legacy raid groups-, and custom groups. Legacy raid groups and custom groups usually accept anybody with its level capped. This means an automated system could queue up about 2 different groups on different realms at a time and when it has transfered to the new realm, the bot will see if the rare has been killed on that realm or not. If it has been killed it puts that realm on a blacklist so that it doesn't join a group on that realm before it has used all realms in the system. When all realms are used and bot still haven't found the rare, it cleans the blacklist and it starts queueing up for groups on realms it has already been with, to continue farming that rare. I agree it is a little rude to just join different groups and leave them 5 seconds later but in this way we get a lot bigger chance of having that rare! What do you say? Is this possible or not?
