Private sever help!

Ok here is what i am doing more explained I just got a very stable core made of Trinity which runs mangos files
The devlopment team i work with currently has a shitty core with tons of bugs made of Arcemu
We have Archived the few files we have added
i want to switch to mangos before we add to many items to the arcemu
we have waited and remade gear to many times before we need to make this public
Is it possible to Convert A arcemu File into a Mangos file?
will pay if u fix/code something
