Problem with downloading profiles

So yeah i have some shitty problem, i cant download profiles.. I just get this message :
Perkaan, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.


Any clue what it could be?

Im trying to download Maghar by abrie edited by Kick.xml

So yes its from that.

 

Forum > Archives > Honorbuddy Archive > Honorbuddy Profiles Archive > [Request] Mag'Har Rep Farm

No permission because of Archive.

 

Still same when i try that.

 

what they are saying is anything in archive can not be accessed due to the fact you do not have privilages to access them.
