Problem with HB

I'm trying to run two sessions of HB on one computer. I'm running HB from two separate folders for each session but keep getting "one usage of each socket address is normally permitted" error whenever I tried to run the second session. I didn't have this issue earlier but started having it, so just wondering if there's any way to fix it. Thanks.

Update 1/23/12: It seems that this error message window "one usage of each socket address is normally permitted" will pop-up every time I run 2 sessions of HB (I'm at work so cannot send SS, but the log does not mention any issue so i didn't bother to post). However, HB will still work as long as I ignore the pop-up window and not take any action. It seems somewhat strange to me as I couldn't find anyone else mentioning this problem on this forum. I guess this problem is closed for now until HB actually stop working.
