Problem with Honorbuddy - how it works?

Hmm.. Well. When I start the set-up (bought it today), the grey honorbuddy screen with the bee in it starts up, but I cant chose ANYTHING. I tried to start it while i'm in the character select page and when I'm logged on to a character.. But it says its connected but I have no profiles, no option to chose a profile and I'm just unable to do anything.. Is there a help thread or anything or can you manually help me, word-by-word, how to get it working?
