Problems with gathering herbs

I used the default profile shown in the video by boss 1-300 herbalism, the problem i have is that it just keeps running around collecting herbs in elwynn even though im 100 herbalism which is max you can get in elwynn, i set it up just as he showed, any ideas?

 

Learn the next thing? go to the next spot?

 

If i go anywhere else it just goes back to elwynn, And i learned the next lvl of herbalism
