Problems with honor buddy before it opens

My honor buddy doesnt even get to the login screen , i had my friend have a look at it for an hour that introduced me to the program who is a bit more savvy at these things then me but he still cant seem to get it either. Please note, this is before the login part even pops up if its any help, and after i [ok] or cross it HB and the message obviously disappear.
it keeps popping up with the error message:

Unable to load (Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.)


However, about 1 in every 20 times it does actually manage to get into the login screen and load up properly, until i run GB2 and i get the error message:

Starting the bot!
Changing current profile to level 0 - 2147483647
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

while i think this would be a bit easier to fix, i would really appreciate it if i didnt have to sit at my computer for 20 minutes waiting for HB to actually open properly.

i have been using HB for several months until this months big "fix" or whatever and ever since i downloaded the new one i've been getting these messages.
