protector's enclave server lag

Is it just me or at any of the 3 servers last 2 days at protector's enclave was unplayable -rubber bunding nothing was responsive.
I am still level 4 because of this I am playing from Europe btw with a flowless conection and a pc that can handle 7 diablo instances

 

I gues its about your connection..Because im playing from EU too but its going good on me :/

 

i had to disable "WinpkFilter LightWeight Filter" at my connection and now everything is pretty much ok
