proving grounds for mage?

i'm struggling a bit with the proving grounds silver for arcane mage, could anyone recommend a bot/profile that could help?

DungeonBuddy has Proving Grounds built-in. You can find it under the "Scenarios" configuration tab.

I'm trying to do the silver dps but it won't let me? that what it gave me ^^^

 

Hi, Treemansam,

It appears you gear is too low to do the Silver trial. This can be overcome by questing in WoD, or buying appropriate gear from the auction house if you've the coin to spare. You will need an "average item level" of 610 to proceed.
