PSA: If you been botting, make sure you continue to play manually during bot downtime

Blizzard record game play time trend as part of their anti-bot and account security procedure. With the extended down time of the bot, reliable data can be collected and compare in order to pinpoint bot users. As such, make sure you continue playing your accounts!

 

You cant even use the bot right now so we don't have a choice..

 

I think he is trying to say you should play by hand not with the bot.

You can run multiple accounts with bot. Without bot, certain accounts will go dormant because you just don't have the time to play all of them. Don't do this, at least play a few games on each to get some activity on them.
