Ok.. with the eventual release (one of these days) of Epic gems. They are most likely to be derived from Pyrite Ore. Now the question is how many of are you are starting to horde (no pun intended) these for the day we are able to prospect epic gems? I've spoke to a few non-botters on this subject on the various realms I am on and they have mixed answers. Some are going to be just prospecting them now and deal with getting new ore when the time comes, while others are hording all they have. Personally, I'm doing a mix, I've made sure all my Blacksmiths have all the pyrite bars they've needed to obtain epic patterns and pull out as needed to make items as well as puting the random stack or 2 on the AH on one side and on the other I'm hording all mine for the epic gem race. it's come out to about a 90/10 split where 90 for hording and 10 for my BS/AH. Feed back on everyone elses thoughts/practices on this.
I thought about it but there's a risk that they won't make epic gems from prospecting Pyrite Ore. I think I would rather just make the money from the people who want to buy it all up instead until they release the way to get epic gems for sure.
well i am personally saving them all now. I was selling when prices of ore was above 250g/stack, But now that it has dropped to around 120g/stack i save. I have 3 tabs full so far, and am hoping to have at least 1 full Bank of pyrite when it comes out.
