Was just working on something similar in a different zone! How about adding a While itemcount < 1 on Savage Blood --> Grind, while item count >= 1 on savage blood - use Mail and send to alt?
On second thought - it doesn't appear that Savage Bloods are on the Protected Items.xml list for some strange reason. . . so just add this to your XML's PHP: <Item Name="Savage Blood" Id="118472" /> Additionally, just set vendor to False on everything except greys, and mail to true... Better to mail everything and sell it later, than accidentally sell something.
