I've been having the same problem as a few people i have seen around the forum, and while i see it is a recognized issue, i also see having a log file to look at would help. Its whilst leveling my feral druid, seems to only be in Pandaria that this occurs (assuming because of the way they changed how quest rewards work?), all the item weights and stuff seem to be ok, as it is not equipping any of the gear it's selecting, just the first item available. Has become a slight issue as i'm I just noticed I am getting slightly under-geared for the content I am currently in. I have attached a log, and you can find a line this occurs and gives me a caster item at "[15:11:59.975 N]". I hope this helps get the problem solved! J3D
Having observed it (and frantically clicking the item i actually wanted), its definately on multiple choice hand-ins. usual there are 2 choices, one for caster, one for dps/tank. every quest i have observed that gives me this multiple choice, the intellect gear is always the first option, with the agi being second. A temporary alternative would be to change it to select the second by default, however i'm fairly new to the botting scene, so not too sure how i would go about this. Would certainly help to get the right items though, as I'm starting to feel fairly squishy
