I've attached three log files. The bot seems to just go around in a large circle without actually doing anything for the quest. Only times it actually fights is when it aggro something. Otherwise just runs around in a giant circle.

Cleared all of the cache(everything listed in the link you gave me.) This was also a fresh install of hb. Started killing caribou for a while and then went back to the looping. I can't seem to see how to upload in the quick reply so here is a pastebin http://pastebin.com/cwgqc9ni
I had the same issue as well. Make sure "Kill Between Hotspots" is checked in the settings ui. It should work from there.
