Alright so we all get unbanned on November 13th. I started another account right after the ban and have never botted on that account, just been playing clean. So when we get unbanned I plan on tranferring the characters from the new account to the one getting unbanned. My question is those characters I plan on transferring have large sums of gold ( legitimately made through AH). Is it gonna raise some red flag or get me rebanned if right after I do the transfer. I can see how it would look but im not doing anything wrong.
Any large transfer of gold will raise suspicion and most likely get your account flagged. Without any defining proof on the way Blizzard flags accounts it is entirely done at your own risk.
If i'm not mistaken, you cannot transfer more than 50k gold with a char transfer. So, my opinion would be to spend everything till the 50k mark, and then make the transfer. As for the points other ppl brought up...honestly, if you plan to use the bot again, i would say it's not very wise to transfer the chars, as both accounts will prolly get flagged. If not, if you're planning on keeping clean, i don't see why not. If you do everything by the rules, i don't see a reason for Blizz to reban you.
The answer is no, you won't have any problems. however if you are transferring servers you can only have 50K
I know about the 50k limit on the character transfer. I planned on buying up TCG items (Pets, Mounts) stuff i know i can resell to bypass the limit. I dont care that the two account will be connected through the transfer because i dont plan on ever botting again. Theres no need for me to use the bot anymore. I made near gold cap in 6 months without botting, Ill have one of each class to 100 as soon as I do the character transfer, and I broke 2200 in arena without the bot. Ive used honorbuddy since 2010 up until the May ban and the one thing ive learned is the bot handicaps me and makes me dependant on things like Tyrael in the game. Yes its great for the redundant boring stuff like leveling and grinding honor/ conquest. Im just to the point that I have no need thats worth a permanent ban on my main account.
i will say this , prior to my main account getting band i had an alt and i would farm the shit outta ore on my alt and send it my main account.I would also send money back and forth. My alt account is still being used today and my main got banned, so if you want to test the waters go for it. However sending gold from a suspended account will send a red flag. no doubt.
You...really can't think this is a good idea? How can someone's brain even think this way? I guess if my above statement isn't clear enough for you...This is a terrible, stupid idea. The mere fact that you would even consider it an idea, let alone a good one, makes me wonder about your sanity.
Hey Rebel1012, most of the people who posted here are too paranoid for their own good. You can definitely transfer all of your stuff safely. Think about it, if you played legit on your new account, why on earth would blizzard ban you if you're transferring characters to your old account, it wouldn't make any sense. People don't know how to read, I believe they think your transferring chars from your old account to your new account, which would indeed link them, that wouldn't matter either because you said you're not botting anymore right? But anyway you don't have to worry about being flagged, because you're already perma flagged for botting on your old account. The transfer itself wont ban you. The worst that can happen is an admin will check out your new account's activity, if all is legit you're good 2 go, if you did something against blizzard terms then yeah, you might get banned.
And Funkv has no clue what they're talking about. Any idiot in the world could see that it goes both ways, not just one. So answer this Funkv...You don't think Blizz would find it suspicious that someone that just got reinstated for botting is transferring characters that contain a bunch of TCG (ie. high priced items) to an account that was previously banned? Keep in mind that Blizz doesn't need to prove anything when it comes to bans. They could see the previous account was banned for botting and now the user is trying to transfer a bunch of gold to said banned account. That's enough evidence for Blizz to ban you again. It doesn't matter how legit the gold was made, Blizz has a 50k gold transfer limit for a reason.
I like how you always know everything LOL! -- OP: IMO, transfer 1 char each month or so IF the new account is legit and you dont have the bot on your PC! Good luck!
This is exactly what i am doing now. We'll see if it works or not. Im not sure why ryftobuddy feels its his mission to beat on people seems its all he does.
SELL YOUR OLD ACCS get a new acc with a instant 90 and start fresh with a 72 hour sus then a ban. come on your being a cheap skate. thats how you got banned in the first place im sure.
