Can anyone tell me how good this actually is, and what all it actually does. Most important, if I get a 3 day trial will it NOT work like Hearthbuddy did NOT work when nax came out lol Yea I know bad time to get it but hey. I see that it does quest and all, but what I wanna know is if it will work like Tyrael and a CR works with honorbuddy? Like I can control all the movement, turning in and accepting quest, but it ATTACKS everything when Im in combat?
For this bot, the innitial setup and getting to know the bot, takes some time. In the beginning you might think, bah this bot is crap, ita doesnt work out of the box, etc... Really if you do things right and do it good, the bot runs nice! You can quest and grind, but for you, you need Joes to level, with movement turned off. In Joes thread there is an explaination how to do this. Then do you want the bot to skip threw the conversations or do you want that to do yourself? If you want to do it yourself you will have to edit the first line in the quest profiles manually. There is a line with light or dark side and if autoskip is true or not. Adjusting this will give you eventually what you want.
Well I got the trial, I got Joe's CR installed, but when I hit start it tells me I need a profile. In Honorbuddy with Tyrael I could walk around anywhere and do whatever I want by hand, and when I got agro on a mob it started to attack it for me. Thats what I want to do lol play the game by hand and just use a CR for combat
It works for the most part, but you can tell its a bot. It stops, finds a target then moves and by the time you get there combat is over already. On Joes page it says "Recommended you do your own movement and disable bot-controlled-movement via the Delete Key (toggle) after you start the bot and the CC has been loaded/initialized/STARTED - issues with meshing in most instances. NOTE that if you're melee, you'll need to reenable the movement via the toggle during each fight (as melee needs to MOVE around in combat). Recommended you kill and rerun the bot once the instance is 20%-or-so-loaded (basic hooking etc can be done at that point)." Well I hit the delete key and it kept on doing its own movement -.-
for instances such as yours I don't use joes. I use wingit and turn off movement (I think its the page down key) and it works fine.
not sure why it wont work for you. you should try and see which combat routine works the best for you. try all of them
The mash is bad and needs a Lot of work, cant tell were things are on the ground and gets stuck kind of often on grinding and questing but the cr's are very nice for using by hand for raids its why I have it kind of like a pqr for swtor that alone makes it worth the cash and just using that the % of being ban is super low.
