okay to my understanding... because my friends i play with that bot have asked the question... what is raf mode on the bot exactly do... my explanation of this was manually have a tank run say a 5 man dungeon for humor say (violet hold) and have 4 other random people... out of the 4 people 2 other guys are you.. say 2 are dps(damage per second) they just select a mob/boss and kill it .. as for the current release of HB you can have healers with heal bot run the same instance/dungeon..that means .. the healers just raid healing you if low heath automatically? no cc required? no profile? Tank manually > Heals raf > dps raf > dps raf > dps raf ... thats the model shown as a full 5 man in theory. what about raf 1 guy and playing another? people that have lifetime dont have full raf ability with only 3? how much will people need to pay to get raf if they have lifetime.. not paying 39.99eur to use 5 when they have 3 already doesnt make sense from a users point of view to spend 1/2 of the lifetime to get 2 more logins.. bossland chime in on that so people can pay the difference. would they need to buy raf on top of lifetime? (this would follow the previous question) is there profiles soon to be available for dungeon grinding for badges? or only if you make them ? is there cc available specifically for dungeon use? anyone using the feature clarify.. any to all mentioned questions and feel free to add things i may have missed.. will be needing this soon
You can have a bot tank for you: http://www.buddyforum.de/showthread.php?580-Hawker-s-Tank-A-Protection-Warrior-CC You can have a bot heal for you: http://www.buddyforum.de/showthread.php?284-Holy-Priest-RAF-Raid-Instace-Healbot-2-14 and http://www.buddyforum.de/showthread...)-A-Restoration-Druid-CC-(RAF-party-heal-bot) Lifetime is fine for running 3 bots.
I always tough of RaF for being the Friend reference program, where you do reference yourself and play 2 or more bots earning 3 times more xp than standard thus reaching 60 in a matter of a week
it is that, but, the bots making it be a multi functional tool for multi botting for raiding as well.
Is there a way to get the bot to not act so retarded when the party leader is not moving? The bot just has a spasm which makes it look quite obvious.
My personal fav is just running 2 ranged DPS toons, one by hand, one RAF, they stand in just about the same spot and wail on whatever my target is), my 80 lock and 80 mage f stuff in the a quite well.
Thanks for the reply. I currently am running two clean machines (installed OS and minimum programs) to run these. Leveling a druid and a pally with the pally Raf'ing it. The setup is working great so far. I am going to watch the latency as both of games run less than 250ms. The only time that you notice anything is when the leader has to stop and rest/eat/drink then the other will "look around" for something to kill (at least that is my excuse) as it is always on guard.
