If you get banned, they just sell another account.... if so, you gonna buy another one... if not. they lose a customer, is blizzard going down and try to research more money from accounting o they are just a MOTHERFUCKERS that fuck my life?
Blizzard knows that when they ban botters, they will make more money from reselling account keys, hence their policy on "We will ban an account, not a customer."
Blizzard has been known to take advantage of the fact that botters buy CD-Keys when they are cheap (more than 1), these people then might be vulnerable to a server side "bot scan" ban in order to increase revenue.
