Reborn Buddy will not launch

I just downloaded reborn buddy for the first time; when I try to launch it a window pops up asking for my key I put that in a few seconds later a window pops up that says "ff14bot has stopped working" I can hit more info and it says: these files help describe the problem;

I can the buddywizard and it downloaded new files; then restarted my computer and still the same thing happens; tried running wizard again just to be safe and it now shows check marks saying correct files. Any ideas?

Update: While I was waiting for input I tried a few other things, I went into my anti virus and set the folder that reborn buddy was in as an exception I also ran the app as administrator; Still got same result when I tried to run the program.

Update: Threw reading I found that it generates a log even if it dosn't launch, here is a copy of the most recent attempt

It looks like your missing Net framework 4.5.1, make sure you have it installed/updated and let us know.

 

I uninstalled .net and re installed it; now it seems to be working for the most part. Thank you
