Hey guys, great work on the HB / GB systems. I'm happy with them and will continue to use them.

In the business world if your not moving forward and addressing issues that compromise you then you may as well be a sitting duck. The same I feel fits this issue very prominently.

Over the last month while leveling a hunter through pvp I have noticed (and been quite annoyed) by the slow "reflex" of the bot. Below are some instances that spark my interest:

      1. The bot will run to a location within 30-35 yards, depending on rangeset, and stop, dismount, then start to attack. If the target runs away the bot has to stop, start to chase, stop, and start attacking again.

      2. Starting and stopping. Much of the time in AV I notice the bot will run, stop, run, stop, run, stop... This action looks very, bottish, and enemies run right by in many cases.

The ideas I have to improve this are fairly simple.

Fix 1: When the bot is mounted, running toward a target the idea is to immediately start attacking - if your a hunter as in my case a quick arcane shot would dismount the bot. For a melee, EG. Warrior was mounted and ran into combat range he could charge, thus starting combat sequence. Also, if the combat is over with the bot should immediately do one of three things:

      A. Start eating/drinking. (Actively scanning to start attack sequence again)
      B. Start running toward next location until out of combat to mount. (Actively scanning to start attack sequence again)
      C. Mount immediately if our of combat completely. (Actively scanning to start attack sequence again)

Fix 2: I don't know if the computer performance of the game effects the movements (i will look into this) but if so we should try to let people know so they dont "lag" bot. Also - is there a bit more of a "right before i get there" click that will keep you moving? Just ideas.

So in all honesty, the system is great, absolutely a gift. I feel the improved "on/off" Reflex of the bot is slow, and could be improved... (It's constructive criticism you trolls!) Thanks for the A+ product!

Devs are nonstop working on security and the new patch at the moment, so it may be a few days before this gets read.

most of this is done in the CC, movement in pvp mostly has always been a hard thing to code for, when i code for pvp i try to code for pure survival, and not damage output. a bot will never have a REAL advantage over a player when it comes to pvp, and coding something that can, will take months and months, since you literally have to go over every single thing the Attacker can do to you, and write code to do things to counter-act that. really you just need to take what you can get.
