How do I go about getting a refund? I purchased another key, one registered with the email tied to this account, because I thought the ones I had been using had expired (for whatever reason, even though I thought they were lifetime). Foolish, I know. I should have checked the forums first, but I didn't. So, I require a refund for this purchase, as I really don't need another key (which doesn't even work anyway because of the servers still being buggered).
