      Hey there. I re-bought a year, 3 session subscription since my Lifetime was changed to expired about a month ago. Mine and my wife's' accounts were banned this morning after logging in. Is it possible to get a refund since our WoW accounts are frozen for 7 months? Thank you. I added a Ban report in the correct location and can forward a copy of the suspension emails.
