I have been a loyal Buddy member for 3 years I think, is it possible to get a refund for Hearthbuddy? It's unfortunately not cutting it for me as opposed to the other bots on the market.

I have had Hearthbuddy for a month or 2 though, I figured since I own Demonbuddy and Honorbuddy that the quality would be the same, but it just isn't. And I wanted to give the bot a shot and that's why I waited so long before asking for a refund, but it's falling behind too quickly in the bot race.

My friend asked the seller if he can get a refund as he was a member of buddy for as long as you but it doesnt matter, they don't offer any refund. Plus I agree with you that this bot hasn't been progressing really far

Thats not true many people have asked and received a refund. yea, just send an e-mail to support@thebuddyforum.com with your key and request a refund.

Not sure if one can get arefund after having the key for a month. Maybe if its unused not sure.
