Mob: Baradin Fox Script node: Kill Node Perhaps such a thing? I think it will be good for everyone =). I can not do myself, because I do not know English, but for you it's no problem. Since there are only 10-15 points, which is about 2 hours. Thanks in advance!
I'v got the way points, that hard part. I just can't figure out what needs to be done from here. <Hotspot X="-444.1707" Y="1490.913" Z="18.67477" /> <Hotspot X="-542.8019" Y="1495.456" Z="24.61882" /> <Hotspot X="-518.0807" Y="1371.139" Z="24.448" /> <Hotspot X="-617.803" Y="1077.429" Z="98.25409" /> <Hotspot X="-434.5131" Y="1169.138" Z="15.45722" /> <Hotspot X="-373.4654" Y="1110.876" Z="22.22472" /> <Hotspot X="-338.6032" Y="1462.636" Z="22.79331" /> <Hotspot X="-192.4339" Y="1503.66" Z="25.11429" /> <Hotspot X="-123.052" Y="1451.897" Z="19.3574" /> <Hotspot X="-136.4758" Y="1548.785" Z="21.09054" /> <Hotspot X="-168.593" Y="1615.463" Z="19.11545" /> <Hotspot X="-200.6787" Y="1628.508" Z="22.44923" /> <Hotspot X="-290.2479" Y="1664.523" Z="18.846" /> <Hotspot X="-326.079" Y="1756.566" Z="22.04984" /> <Hotspot X="-344.5154" Y="1796.716" Z="24.92329" />
You've actually done the hard part. Now you drop them into a 'Grinding' profile... [wiki]Grinding Starter Profile[/wiki] You will need to update your repair and mailbox (if appropriate) for the starter profile. Also, you will need to set the <Factions> tag to whatever faction the fox might be. You should mostly be set at that point, although there is some fine tuning you could make, such as: Putting Mobs in the AvoidMobs list that are the same faction as the fox, but not the fox itself. This will prevent killing unnecessary mobs and speed up the fox hunt. Include appropriate blackspots I'm not familiar with the area, so don't know if you'll need a few blackspots or not. The complete list of profile tags is available to you here... [wiki]:Category:Honorbuddy Profile Tag[/wiki] cheers & good luck! chinajade
I was actually coming on here looking for a profile like this when I saw this topic. Since somebody was kind enough to post the way points, so I threw together (and tested) something very basic. /* Notes */ It uses the way points collinetnick posted. It does not do mail, vendor, or anything else fancy. I have let it run for quite a few "loops" now and it works as it should. Feel free to use or change it. *Known Issues* 1. If you are alliance, when you are by the bridge of Tol Barad, you may get attacked by Horde guards, I don't have any alliance characters to find the blackspots with, if somebody could tell me where they die, I can update this. *Recommendations* 1. Works best with caster classes and or classes that can heal 2. Use the Horde Profile if you are Horde (..._Pet [H]) (It avoids some alliance guards), and use the other one if you are Alliance (It avoids no guards, but is a quicker route (this profile will end with the death of horde players who use it). I will fix those problems in a day or two with a better path for alliance if I can, but I don't know if I will be updating it beyond that unless anybody is having any serious problems and really wants this (So as said above, feel free to change it). PS: I have not posted a profile here before, so if it needs to go through some sort of approval process first I am sorry, just let me know where to do that. *Edit* Added yet another Horde profile, see info below (I recommend if you are Horde to use the 2.0 Profile, as it is much safer).
Tested=) Druid Horde - Very Good! There are some comments on the points ..... Sry - i don"t know about IT - GatherChum
Alright, I know I said tomorrow, but I made a new path tonight. *Notes and Recommendations* - I recommend setting pull distance to something reasonable, like 40 or 45 - I have not fully tested this yet (huge amounts of pvp going on in that zone for me, will test more tomorrow) - This is completely different from the previous two, this one uses all new points, and adds 4 fox locations or so. - Conflict with spiders is unavoidable, I've done the best I can avoiding them, but you will be fighting some - If you are on a busy server with lots of PvP, expect conflict in the zones I have indicated. - If you are going to die, it will be in dark wood, The mobs there re spawn like they are crazy - Use it with gathering turned on, it passes through quite a few plant spawns, and this could prove somewhat profitable for you Let me know if there are any other problems.
Possible double post here, but I made this based off the points I was given with no prior fact checking. Looking at the drop rates now, it appears that these mostly drop from Tol Barad, not the Peninsula. There have been some reports of them dropping in the Peninsula, but nothing I can confirm, so as it stands, this is a rather useless profile. Since I myself am trying to get this pet, I will be making one for Tol Barad, it will replace (and I will take down) all the above profiles with one that I know has a fair chance at dropping.
if you check here: Baradin Fox - NPC - World of Warcraft you will see that these baradin foxes only! apear on the peninsula. cheers Edit:// and Thanks! for the profile.
confirmed that pennisula is the only place they drop. the foxes in TB are critters basically with no hps, the ones in pennisula fight back
Nothing, it is BOP. Lol, but it is somewhere between a .5% and 1% drop rate. It is a very cool pet though, and it has a cool animation. PS: Testing a truly [A][H] profile for this now, its a short loop that does not cover all the foxes, but it will avoid almost all conflict with anything but the foxes. If it works as intended for a few hours I will post it.
I have abandoned the shorter profile for now, if you want, I have one that works for the horde and I can send it to you, but it is a pain to test on my server given the massive number of players.
Edit in #2H profile: <Hotspot X="-573.5663" Y="1100.394" Z="95.40301" /> <Hotspot X="-553.9885" Y="1074.705" Z="91.15934" /> to <Hotspot X="-558.6182" Y="1121.27" Z="95.60157" /> <Hotspot X="-541.2709" Y="1091.989" Z="92.69878" /> and blacklist <Blackspot X="-573.5663" Y="1100.394" Z="95.40301" Radius="22" /> to avoid finally fckn guards worked for me and spiders i guess wont be a problem for 370+ilvl,so its able to nightfarm)
can it be fixed i have been farming for this for 18.00 hours and over 1000 kills and nothing yet hope it happens soon
Randomly stops attacking mobs after like 10-15 minutes. Usually shortly after dying, Not sure if this is profile related or Class related.
