Not sure how difficult this would be to implement, it was really just a thought that came to me while laying in bed last night. If the bot was able to determine the cards on the table vs those in you hand that no matter what you played you were going to lose, then it would just concede. This may appear to the opponent they are playing a live person instead of a bot. Most people who play the game manually will concede if they are bound to lose to speed up the process and play another game. This could be completely unreasonable request, if so feel free to shut me down.
