[request] plugin to start/stop the bot when is idle for too long

Is is possible? I can try to do this myself if some 1 can give me some pointers.

 

Shame this thread is still empty with no response at all because this would fix about 90% of the issues I have with this bot. I still level by hand because I haven't found anything the bot WILL do without being babysat at least once every 5 min and the fix is almost always hitting stop and then start!!!!
