People like you are what's wrong with this community! You complain but you don't offer anything constructive. You have never made a post in my rogue thread, how am I supposed to fix problems when people don't even bother to report them. And then you have the audacity to turn around and say they are "just not very good".
as fpsware said we need more info from u guys CC devs cant fix bugs if you dont give them some good info(logs&description) so fps and i,waiting for some good info here
Wow, I give the guy my honest opinion, and I'm "what's wrong with this community"? I'm a paying customer of this product, and keeping me happy and paying is the general idea. From your rogue thread, you yourself acknowledge the following: Test release. Public beta. Low level build. There have been zero updates since the first release on 1/22; either it was perfect then - as a low-level test initial beta release - or it's still imperfect now (but admittedly working, which I acknowledged). Would you really disagree that your product is more than working? And let's say for a moment that you do...so what? Am I not entitled to an opinion? Does the fact that I "haven't bothered" to tell you what is wrong with the CC change the fact that something wrong and that, yes, it just isn't "very good"? The guy asked about good rogue CC's. I told him in my opinion there were none, but that your cc was working, and you excoriate me for it?? Sorry, fps, but in my opinion you are an example of what, if anything, is "wrong" with this community. Now, if you really want to know, the two big issues (again in my own, personal, and very humble opinion) with the CC should be pretty clear, and many people have pointed them out to you in the thread: 1) Poor energy and finisher management, and especially making no use of recuperate that I could see with leftover combo points after combat. I think it was doing a pretty decent job of keeping S&D up, which is good, but what about hemo and recup, for example? Being able to pick one finishing move from a drop down isn't enough with the rogue - the class is about using multiple finishing moves at the right time by spec. 2) Doesn't stay behind the target. The rogue is soft. In groups, pvp, whatever, it should be staying behind targets and avoiding as much damage as possible, while making good use of backstab. This cc plays like a warrior, after the initial opener. If it makes you feel any better, as I said above these problems are shared by all the rogue CC's, including Shadowstrike before it disappeared down the memory hole. Rogue is just a difficult class to really automate - it required alot of active attention to do its job properly, relative to some of the other plug and chug classes. This isn't your fault, but it is *a* fault, and making it personal like this because you don't like hearing it frankly isn't very nice.
I feel a mute coming on, and being on topic it has nothing to do with the lack of an updated Rogue CC. FPS, maybe I'll level my 80 rogue to 85, and test it just for you
1. You complain about the CC but you have never made a bug report. Again, how are we (CC / Developers) supposed to fix anything when people don't tell us about bugs. Don't complain publically to other members if you've not made a bug report in the appropriate thread. 2. The abilities you say don't exist in the CC; "recuperate" do! 3. This CC has recieved a number of updates since its first release. 4. I accept critisim, when it is given in the proper manner.
