Run lower-level zones on my level 85 main

I'd like to use Kick's questing profiles to run lower-level zones on my level 85 main. How can I go about doing this?

For example, I'd like to run all the Eastern Plaguelands quests from [A - Quest] EK 12-58 [Kick] profile. That zone starts with this code:

What exactly do I need to edit in the profile and/or bot settings to clear old zones?

 

Try Change 40 to 85 on all zones or something?
