      Hello, like many people here i have the same problem.

      I bought the bot of 25 days and then unable to connect ...
      Each time the same message: authentication failed!

      When I registered me I received a mail with a key inside. I followed the manipulation described in the forum but I just can not login with the key. People ask me the code shop and I do not have that code ...

      Yet I have tried everything that was previously marked on the forum. But nothing to do ...

      (I use google translate was French I hope this post is understandable ...!)

      Are you using the given key as your user name in the program? Are you leaving the "password" field BLANK?


      Etes-vous en utilisant la cl? donn?e en tant que votre nom d'utilisateur dans le programme? Etes-vous en laissant vide la champ "Password"?

      active
      unused / inactive
      expired

      Normally, when you buy the key and register at the named site using the same email address, there is a key shown.
      Are you sure your payment was cleared, and is not pending? What did you pay with? Paypal?
