When I open settings and tools it doesnt open. it creates the tab for it. but it wont let me access it. it used to work just fine. then i downloaded a couple of CC, so Idk if that has something to do with it or if its something else.
If it is popping up on your task-bar, hover over it with your mouse. (On windows 7 you have to hover over Honorbuddy, then it'll show the 2 windows, one being the settings & tools) Right click it, and click move. If move is not available click the window. Then hold the windows button and press the left or right arrow. This should move it onto the screen
