Sites for cheap fast secure CD keys?

I've been using offgamers for quite some time now but after spending about 1k USD and still being bronze im quite fed up with this bullshit
especially with their service rep's telling me its ' automatic '

members have been saying they have spent 2-3k and have platium..

i THINK it goes;

Bronze
Silver
Gold
Platium

So if 3k gets them platium what the fuck does 1k get me?
