So as many of us have been suspended today, it is a sad day for us all. But our next thought is, "What will I do now?" Tell me what you plan to do next. I'm definitely not going to buy another WoW account, a waste of money and investment of time when I can just wait 6 months. Personally I plan on playing some other games including but not limited to H1Z1 and Diablo II LoD. Any games that you guys can recommend? Do you guys plan on appealing the ban? I already sent mine in and I'll post an update as to how it went. My condolences to those of you who have lost a great deal more than I have. Wish me luck for my appeal!
Well my appeal failed when I tried to admit I was botting and say I was sorry. Here's the response I got: Greetings. I am afraid that the 6 month suspension is due to the detection of third party software aimed at automating gameplay on your account. An additional review of the action has been completed. We have confirmed our initial findings, and the action will not be reversed or changed. We understand that you may still have concerns regarding the action, but we must reiterate that it was taken to address a violation of the Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Legal Documentation), which all players accept before logging into the game. Addtionally, every account holder is responsible for all actions taken on the account, regardless of who was logged in at the time. We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to enjoy their time in our games. Thank you for respecting our position.
