Well , i got banned with a new account just 1 day after i bought it , what was strange here its i had 8 more running at the same time and only this one got banned . So my point is this you guys know when ( warrior / dh ) charge and sometimes it goes underground and causes wow to crash ? Its very rare but happens , i had one of those yesterday on this account and this was what happened . Account Action: Account Closure Offense: Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks) Again ...all the other bots are running fine , i got some bans recently but im 24/7 and got some player reports 100% so its fine. I tried to appeal and the reply was the same usual bla bla . "We take these types of issue very seriously, and a full investigation is done before any action taken. In this case we have deemed that the evidence provided is correct and the action will not be overturned. We have to take the measures to maintain the integrity of the game and for our community as a whole. We cannot provide in depth details about the closure aside from what has already been emailed." Now...i got PERMANTLY banned on this one. ( Its fresh bnet account ) And i still have bots on that bnet running ( its a 2 day new account ) , 2 days ago got 6 month ban on other bnet account with other bots so i guess they think i used hacks because that glitch so they permanet banned this one. You guys know what im talking about ?
It soudns likely they banned you because you tripped a cheat detection when you went underground. A friend of mine got banned (he's a 100% legit player, always has been) because he was rubberbanding so bad from his shitty wifi reception. He tripped some sort of teleport hack detection or something because he was moving so irratically, but blizz didn't give a shit in the appeal.
I got banned recently, an got the same email an same response when I appealed it. I felt it was kinda awkward to get a perma ban after a 1st offense as well.
