Punctuation marks, do you have them? First, programs don't belong on the desktop: Put it directly on C:\ I also would recommend to only have installed, what you actually need/use. Don't have unused addons or custom classes in your hb folder. Regarding the spec switching, delete the cc and reinstall it.
