Spell Not Learned error...

Hello,
I noticed while in BGs, my hunter will run maybe 10-15 feet and then stop and then my screen in red says "Spell Not Learned". After that, he continues to run for about another 20 feet and stops and the screen says the same thing.

I was using singular CC, and then I shut off the bot, and restared it and used FPSware and both did the same thing. As for Plugins, nothing really was activated. Just refreshment and bug submitter.
