Stuck loading after last HB update

I did a clean install and cleared cache via the wiki link .

I've reinstalled it three times and getting the same errors. is there a way to uninstall the .net frame work and reinstall it?

 

installed via ZIP download and works without issue.

 

Very good that it works now for you. Looks like something on your system is blocking the installer to download/extract stuff the right way.
If this happens again simply use the archive file we provide.
