Suggestion: make the bot play cards as fast as hearthranger

I know that Hearthbuddy has had some improvements in card playing speed but it could be faster and still looks like a bot.

If you want to see how fast it should be, you can see how fast hearthranger plays cards now. It is still in trial mode so you can test it without paying for a few hours.
