5.0 has been released and I am sure the devs are working on the buddy update. Yet I would suggest that the update be prepared for the upcoming major change of the game, the game mode change. It seems to me meaningless to work on the intermediatary, and I think just a few days without buddy would not kill anyone.
I am just an ordinary player. Just saying, the current game version is not worth working on, because the real thing will be just a few days away.
