Paid account. --- I got the message that I was suspended on the log in screen, but received NO email, and when submitting a ticket to Blizzard, I only received this response: In which I simply asked to receive the email as I STILL have not received one, and received this response (twice). On my forum account (armory), when trying to post, the ban reason was: "N/A"
