that happens when your character runs into walls and doesnt pvp thats why i dont use bg buddy i control it myself for bgs seems like since mop came out the running in place thing got worse
Exploitation bans are generally only 3 hours for first time and it isn't because you were a bot but likely because you were stuck on walls/afk/doing nothing.
