      At first i thought it wouldn't work because i was lvl 31, then i leveled up and still no go.

      it's a profile issue, that profile is not supported yet (you're lucky though, I just got onto taris... after a few hours of doing the super gay agent questline at the end of Alderaan)

      It should be reflowed over the next couple of days, you can use it... but I can't guarantee it'll work until then :(
