UPDATE i opened a ticket on wow.com and told them that i just tried to access my account for the first time in a few months and it said that i was banned. can you please explain why or how this happened? i told them that i lost controll of the email on the account and within an hour or 2 they lifted the ban. i should have tried this a while ago.
