Install a few viruses on your computer, then email them.. they'll tell you some sort of virus may have interacted with the game, do a virus scan, see the virus results, post to them, reformat your PC / Clean the viruses, provide proof, they'll unban you. Job done.

This was the most complex encryption ever found in a virus They just do not have time to tell people what they do unless it does something special or there is a mass infection world wide The amount of viruses antivirus company's add in a day is mind blowing
