Catchy right ? ^ Was a bit bored but i think this is an interesting topic , so before diving into the subject a small disclaimer : this is a personal opinion and not everyone will agree to it which is fine . the best way to see if it is like this or not is to try them out for yourself. So why the fantastic four ? because poe is to d3 , as what rift is to wow Let me explain . both the poe and rift folks thought that the game concept in both diablo and wow is very good which it is , but that the execution and some of the design in them is not good which is also true but sadly themselves also failed at the parts where the first two were good at. Many players also say if you take the good from poe and put it into diablo you have a great game , likewise if you take the good from rift and put it into wow you also have a great game . poe : bad graphics and gameplay vs diablo with good graphics and gameplay . bad design in diablo 3 vs good design in poe . Poe actually has an end-game with the maps , actual character progression, skill tree while diablo not so good. interestingly enough the AH/RMAH in diablo3 is good . it simply needs some adjustments so that not all the game is around it . rift vs wow . rift's realistic graphics (which is obviously a big mistake ) vs wow's fantasy world graphics obviously wow's way being the way to go . (and tera for example which takes wow's fantasy world to another level) . rift's brilliant souls and skill trees vs wow's stuck in one role no skill tree design and many others So in the end what game should you chose ? My opinion the one which has a bot to bypass the parts that are not good.
