      The last half a year does not work automatically update the bot . I shake the button "Update " , the update process begins , the strip comes to a certain point and freezes . I Waited 3 hours - not budge .

      You have to download a new version of the bot , decompress in a folder and set it knitted . This is very annoying.

      Who can tell me what the problem is freezes ? (I tried to run as administrator )

      Try to temporary disable the antivirus that usually always works for me till today when I actually had to use a zip

      Check your firewall too try disabling it if it works set a rule in your firewall to allow honorbuddy through then enable your firewall again :)

      Update not work.

      Reinstall ur OS . or buy a new PC.

      did you try if it updates through hbrelog?

      remove:

      - microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
      run them as administrator.
      after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
      restart

      i am afraid it has to do with your OS,we are not getting any other reports other than yours and we cant reproduce it as well
